Creamy Cheesecake

Cheesecake comes in all different shapes and sizes! If you google cheesecake you will find so many recipes! I made this creamy cheesecake and it is so delicious and creamy and melts in the mouth!

Crust:

2 cups flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter(I used margarine as we did not have butter)

1 egg

1 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

Put the oven on 180 Degrees Celsius.

Rub flour and butter together to form breadcrumbs.

Add the rest of the dry ingredients and add the beaten egg, mix well.

Spray and cook the tart dish and press the crust until whole tart dish is covered on the sides as well.

Place in the oven till the edges of the crust turn golden brown for about 10-15min.

After it is golden brown set aside to cool down.

Ingredients for Cheesecake:

250ml Cream

500g Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1 Can Condensmilk

1 and a 1/2 Cups Coffee Creamer

145ml Lemon Juice

5ml Vanilla Essence

Method:

In a mixing bowl add the cream, whip the cream until peaks form.

Add the can of condensmilk and mix well.

Add the cream cheese and mix well.

Add the coffee creamer while mixing and add in the lemon juice as well while mixing till both are mixed in.

Fold in the vanilla essence.

Pour the cheesecake mixture on top of the base and place in the fridge for two to three hours/overnight until set.

Serve and enjoy!

Fruit on top is optional
