
Ingredients
8oz dark chocolate – 230g
3/4 cup butter melted
1 and 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2tsp vanilla
4oz dark melted chocolate – 115g
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1tsp salt
4oz chocolate chunks – 115g
Method
Mix the melted butter and sugar.
Add in the eggs and mix well.
Add 4oz(115g) melted dark chocolate and mix well.
Sift in the flour, cocoa and salt.
Add the rest of the dark chocolate chunkz 4oz(115g) and fold in.
Add the vanilla essence and fold into the mixture.
Line a square baking tray with baking paper.
Place brownie mixture in the square baking tray and place in the oven.
Bake for 25-30min at 180 Degrees Celsius.
Remove, cut into squares and enjoy!
