Autumn is slowly approaching New-Zealand shores. With the cold starting to creep in, I made this hot chocolate for me and my husband yesterday evening.
My husband really enjoyed it. Here is the recipe.
Take two packets of swiss miss hot chocolate and while mixing add the boiling water up until the jug is 400ml full.
Add a 1 heaped teaspoon of cocoa powder and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup of milk and mix well.
Lastly, add a cap full of Bailey’s Irish Cream and mix well.
Serve the hot chocolate mix into two coffee mugs and enjoy!
