Me and my husband came across the udon noodles and since tasting it we love it!
Take 4 already cooked chicken drumsticks and remove the meat from the bone.
In a pan add some olive oil and add one onion chopped, let it fry till brown.
Add one spring onion and green capsicum.
Add the chicken pieces and fry for a few minutes.
Remember to add coarse and pepper for taste!
To create this delicious sauce add in some dark soy sauce, peanut oil, jalapeno relish, sesame oil and sweet chilli sauce.
After the sauce together with the chicken and your other ingredients have been cooked add the 400g precooked udon noodles.
Loosen it little by little until it comes apart and fry for 2-3 minutes till completely apart and spreaded.
