Lemon & Origanum Roasted Chicken Drumsticks


6 Chicken Drumsticks

1 Cup of Lemon Juice

4 leaves of the origanum on each drumstick

Oil for coating

Coarse Salt & Pepper


Put the oven on 180Degrees Celsius.

In a roasting pan coat the chicken drumsticks with oil and lemon juice.

Turn each one over on each side and put some coarse salt and pepper on each side.

Place two origanum leaves per side on each chicken drumstick.

Place in the oven uncovered for 1 Hour and 20 minutes.

After it is golden brown, remove from the oven and serve with rice and vegetables.
