Devilled Eggs

In a pot wait for the water to boil then add three eggs. Let the eggs boil for 5-7 minutes until the egg yolk is hard.

Remove the shell of the eggs and cut the eggs in halves. Remove the egg yolks of the eggs and place in a mixing bowl.

Add the coarse salt and pepper and one or two teaspoons of mayonnaise and two to three teaspoons of mustard.

Mix it well together and place the mixture in the egg whites and sprinkle some paprika spice over.

Serve and enjoy.
