Caramilk is getting alot of attention at the moment in Australia and New Zealand. From Aussies to Kiwis love them, the first time I tasted the caramilk cadbury block, I was hooked! It’s pure caramilk smooth, creamy chocolate. Caramel goodness! I wanted to make a cheesecake with it since it reappeared on New Zealand shelves. This is a very simple and easy recipe, for those of you who get the chance to grab your hands on one!
Using a food processor place the Tennis biscuits inside and make fine till it’s a sand consistency. Place in a spray and cook rectangular glass tray and place in the fridge.
Using a standing mixer use the cream attachment and cream together the 500g cream cheese (at room temperature).
In a glass bowl add the 180g of caramilk block. Melt in the microwave at 30 seconds intervals and mixing in between till melted.
Cream together with the cream cheese till well mix.
Add in 300ml of thicken cream and place in the fridge for an hour or two till set.
Serve and enjoy!
