This potato salad is very simple and easy, if you don’t have mayonnaise you can substitute it with some plain greek yogurt. I like the potato salad when it’s still warm.
Ingredients:
4 Potatoes cooked, peeled and cut into blocks and cooled down.
1 Tablespoon of mayonnaise
Coase Salt and Coarse pepper to taste
Method:
In a salad bowl add the potatoes.
Now add the coarse salt and pepper and add the mayonnaise and mix well.
Serve and enjoy!
