In New Zealand, coconut rough is well known and loved all over. As I searched the web for some recipes, I decided to make it much more simpler, and only using two ingredients. This recipe of mine is so simple, yet versatile too as you can use any chocolate block you want, and mix it with some desiccated coconut.
First start of by using a 250g Whittaker’s Creamy Milk chocolate block. Place in the microwave and let it melt while mixing every 30 seconds.
If melted mix in 250ml of desiccated coconut. Using baking paper on baking trays, place teaspoons of it on the baking paper. Place in the fridge to set. Serve and enjoy!
