Condensed Milk Cheesecake

This simple recipe, is the perfect dessert for any quick get together. As soon as I finished mixing the cheesecake mixture and placing it in the glass bowl, my sister in law licked the mixing bowl clean and said it was delicious and she would eat a whole bowl of it.

The recipe is from foodies of SA.

Start by crushing a packet of vanilla biscuits. Place in a prepared rectangular glass dish. Set aside.

Now mix 500g cream cheese with 300ml fresh cream and 1 tin of condensed milk.

After mixed well, add in 83ml of lemon juice and mix well. The lemon juice just cuts through the sweetness and gives it a real cheesecake taste.

Place in the fridge overnight and serve when set! Enjoy!
