I came across this cream cheese while out shopping with my toddler. It has been released in Australia recently, and only a while ago came into New Zealand. If you manage to get hold of this cream cheese, you can make this simple recipe.
In a prepared tart pan, crumble some biscuits and set aside.
In a mixing bowl add in the 500g caramilk cream cheese, together with the 300ml of fresh cream, now add in 45ml of lemon juice.
Spread over the biscuit base.
Take some caramel and mix with a little water, spread on top.
Place in the fridge for an hour or two, serve and enjoy!
