Roasted Chicken Dinner

Me and my husband like making simple, yet delicious and full of flavour meals. This dinner meal, is really simple, and you can add any veggies you prefer.

Start by putting one whole chicken in a roasting pan. Add 1 cup of chicken stock, some balsamic vinegar, soya sauce, mixed herbs and some salt and pepper, and a dash of olive oil.

Add about 4-5 potatoes that have been chopped, 3 carrots chopped, and 2 whole onions.

Place covered in the oven on 200 Degrees Celsius for conventional and 180 degrees celsius fan forced.

Let it cook in the oven for 1 and 1/2 hours. Let it cool down. Serve and enjoy!
