Mini Pizzas

This is the recipe we always use for making pizzas. This instant yeast works the best!

The dough was thick, airy and fluffy, sooo delicious I must say. For the topping I used some beef cut up into blocks with some onion sliced up, topped with some shredded beetroot and cheese.

The beetroot really gives it a nice sweet flavour, and goes well with the beef and onion. I used one normal onion and one red onion, and a few unpitted olives!

In an electrical stand mixer, add in 6 cups of flour, 70ml soft brown sugar, pinch of salt and 6tsp instant yeast. Mix well, then add in lukewarm water, while mixing, until the dough comes loose around the edges.

Place in a preheated oven on 70 degrees celsius. Let the dough proof for 2 hours, until tripled in size.

Remove from the oven, roll out and use any round bowl, to cut out of the dough. Place on a tray on 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, spread some tomato sauce and add the topping. Place back in the oven, and let it bake for 30 minutes or more till well cooked.

Remove from the oven, and let it cool down. Serve and enjoy!
