Halloumi Cheese

I love halloumi cheese! They are perfect being fried in some oil and salt and pepper!

Cut up 1cm pieces, about 6 pieces.

Add some oil to a pan wait for it to heat up.

Place 2 to 3 pieces in the pan.

Add some salt and pepper.

When the halloumi is sealed and brown on the one side, turn over and fry the other side for a few minutes.

Place on a paper towel, and serve with some lemon juice.
