1 Ripe Banana sliced into pieces 125ml Cooked Beetroot, peeled, chopped and shredded
120ml Full Cream Milk
30ml Peanut Butter
30ml Lemon Juice
10ml Tumeric Spice
20ml Flavoured Yogurt
Blend everything together and drink in the morning.
