This beetroot smoothie is perfect for in the morning! It gives you a great boost and beetroot have lots of antioxidants that are very good for your health.
Ingredients: 1 Ripe Banana sliced into pieces 125ml Cooked Beetroot, peeled, chopped and shredded 120ml Full Cream Milk 30ml Peanut Butter 30ml Honey 30ml Lemon Juice 10ml Tumeric Spice 20ml Oats 20ml Flavoured Yogurt
Blend everything together and drink in the morning.
