Another delicious milk tart flavour! No need to add any extra sugar, it is already sweet enough and the dulce de leche makes it even more yummy!
Crust:
1 Packet of Shortbread Biscuits Crushed and mixed with 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Pressed into a prepared rectangular, glass dish. Set aside.

Filling:
1.325 L Milk
800g Dulce de leche
125ml Butterscotch & Caramel Sauce
4 Eggs
8 Tbs Cornflour
Pinch of Salt


Place all the ingredients for the filling in a microwave safe bowl. Mix with an electric hand mixer till combined.
Place in the microwave for 5 minutes, whisk well and place in the microwave again for another 5 minutes.


If the consistency is thick, pour onto the base, sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top. Let it cool down and place in the fridge to set for 2 to 3 hours.
