With this easy buttercream recipe, you can make it quickly when you want to apply it onto cupcakes or cakes. You can also replace the lemon curd.
Ingredients:
3 Tbs Butter at Room Temperature
3 Tbs Lemon Curd
240ml Sifted Icing Sugar
Method:
In a mixing bowl, add in the butter and sifted icing sugar.
Using a spatula fold the butter and icing sugar, till creamed, light and fluffy.
Add in the lemon curd and fold in the well incorporated.
Great with cupcakes and muffin and also on cakes.
