This is a memory that is very close to my heart. When visiting my mom’s friend in Warmbath, she would always make this delicious chutney chicken.
Tonight I made it for us, and it’s simple yet delicious in every way! Great when you have some cream left over and don’t know what to do with it.
In a mixing bowl, add in 250ml of cream and 180ml chutney. Mix together and set aside.
In a prepared oven pan add in 6 chicken drumsticks, drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper.
Pour the cream and chutney over the chicken drumsticks.
Place in a preheated oven on 180 degrees celsius uncovered for 45 – 60 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve with rice and vegetables.
