Homemade Pasta Gnocchi by Connor & Jamie

This is a really yummy and delicious recipe and very easy to make. This is our friends recipe.

Cut and peel 5 potatoes, place in a pot and boil for 15 to 20 minutes till soft. Drain the water and mash the potatoes. Set aside and let it cooldown.

Add 1 cup of flour and 1 egg to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

On a floured surface, roll the dough into a long roll. Cut out or roll into shapes.

Place water in a pot with some salt. Wait for the water to come to the boil, then add the gnocchi one at a time.

When the gnocchi have reached the top it is ready. Place on a paper towel and let the excess water drain off.

Serve and enjoy!
