Spaghetti bolognese is one of my favourite dishes! My mom would made it lots and the magic ingredient is the chutney which give the tomato flavour just an extra kick.
With this easy recipe, you can make it in under an hour and also don’t have to think too hard of what to make for dinner.

In a pan add some olive oil. Add in 1 chopped onion and 1 yellow capsicum. Fry until golden. Add in 2 teaspoons of garlic, salt and pepper and mixed herbs. Fry for few minutes till fragant.
Add in 300 – 400g beef mince. Fry till sealed and browned. Add in salt and pepper and some soya sauce. Add in 525g Heinz tomato and sweet basil sauce.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add in 3 tablespoons of chutney and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Add in 5 chopped mushrooms. Simmer for another 10 minutes while mixing occasionally.
Add in 400g of cooked spaghetti and mix till well incorporated into the bolognese mixture. Add in 200g grated cheese and mix while simmering till cheese is melted.
