I came across this recipe and this is the easiest ganachè recipe to make. From beginners to experts and even starting homecooks alike that is only starting to learn the basics.
In a glass bowl, add in 500g 70% dark chocolate chopped up finely. Set aside.
On the stove top on in a pan add in 250ml of fresh cream. Put the stove on high and wait for it to come to the boil on high.
Remove from the stove and pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Wait 5 minutes then whisk well till fully incoporated.
Use to decorate cakes, cupcakes and more.
