3 Bean Salad by Connor & Jamie

This is the best bean salad I have ever eaten. It’s packed full of flavour and goodness. We ate this bean salad with our Christmas lunch in 2020. They made the salad and I took the photos.

Ingredients:

2 Tins Baked Beans

1 Tin 4 Bean Mix

1 Tin Butter Beans

2 Green Capsicums Chopped fine

2 Onions Chopped Fine

1 Cup White Vinegar

118ml Canola Oil

1 Cup Sugar

4Tsp Dried Basil

Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

Drain the beans – mix all the beans together (include tomato sauce from baked beans). Add in onion and green capsicums.

Whisk all other ingredients well together until sugar is dissolved and oil is incoporated.

Mix everything together and leave in the fridge to chill. Better the next day or 2 days later.

Serve and enjoy!
