Double Dipped Crispy Golden Teriyaki & Ginger Chicken Nuggets

My first try with my own mixture of chicken nuggets dip, it was yummy and there weren’t any leftover.

Double Dipped Crispy Golden Teriyaki & Ginger Chicken Nuggets
In a bowl add in:
30ml Cornflour
30ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg, mixed
40ml Ginger Powder
40ml Teriyaki Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
A little bit of oil and some soya sauce
Mix everything together and set aside.

In another bowl, chop up a 300g chicken fillet into blocks. Add in 30ml of Cornflour and mix well till all chicken pieces are covered. Set aside.

In another bowl add in a pack of breadcrumbs and set aside.

In your deepfryer, add in oil till the maximum level, and place the deep fryer on 180 degrees celsius. When the light comes on, the oil is hot enough.

Dip the chicken pieces into the dipping mixture, then into the breadcrumbs and back into the dipping mixture, and then back into the breadcrumbs.

Place into the deep fryer, and fry till golden brown. Place on a paper towel so that the oil can drain off. Serve with your favourite side of chips, some hummus or aoli.
