I made this brownie mixture, using a box of the Betty Crocker triple chocolate brownie mixture. I’ve added some two ripe bananas and tripled the recipe, adding some nuts and dark chocolate chips.
It turned out delicious and not sickly sweet, and also not bitter, super crunchy and delicious delight.
Ingredients:
2 Ripe Bananas, mashed
240ml Nuts mixed
160ml Dark Chocolate Chips
2 Eggs
300g Butter Melted
240ml Flour Sifted
80ml White Sugar
1 Box of Betty Crocker Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix
160ml Cocoa Powder mixed with 160ml Boiling Water
Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl, and mix well till well incorporated. Place the brownie mixture into a prepared rectangular baking pan (prepared with baking paper. Fill the baking pan 3/4 to the top of the baking pan, any excess mixture, place in a new baking pan.
Bake in the oven on 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes until the cake tester come out with crumbs.
Remove from the oven and leave the brownies for 10 minutes in the brownie pan. Place on a wire rack to cooldown completely, until cutting up into blocks and placing the brownies in an airtight container.
