Instant Dark Chocolate Mousse

Easy chocolate mousse, you can add less or more dark chocolate according to your preference. This recipe uses alot of egg whites, I know. You can use as many as you’d like. You don’t have to use the exact quantity.

1 x 70g Instant Chocolate Mousse
250ml Fresh Milk for the instant chocolate mousse dessert + extra 63ml fresh milk
200g 76% Dark Chocolate Melted
10 Egg Whites
90ml Caster Sugar

In a glass bowl, add in the instant chocolate mousse, and follow the instructions on the packet.
Add in the melted chocolate and mix well.
Add in the extra milk and mix well.
In a new bowl, add in the egg whites. Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites till stiff peaks form. Add in the caster sugar and mix well.
Fold in the egg whites, into the chocolate mousse mixture, till well incorporated.
Add in 30ml condensed milk and mix well.
Place the chocolate mousse mixture into glass ramekins.
Serve and enjoy!
