I made this delicious, mouth watering recipe. It reminds me a lot of the ribs we recently had at Dixie Browns in Taupo. It’s falling off the bone. It’s sticky and yummy. Unfortunately there was nothing left by the time that dinner was finished.
8 Chicken Drumsticks
1 Packet Sweet & Sour Ready Mix Sauce
1 Tbs Cornflour mixed with 1 Tbs Water
1/2 Cup Soya Sauce with 3 Tbs of Raw Brown Sugar Mixed
5ml Olive Oil
In a large plastic resealable bag, add in the chicken drumsticks, and the rest of the ingredients.
Close the ziplock bag and mix well till all the chicken is coated well.
Place the chicken drumsticks in a prepared oven dish. Pour the rest of the sauce over the chicken drumsticks till it is completely covered.
Place in a preheated oven (uncovered) of 140 degrees celsius and slow cook for 2 hours.
Serve and enjoy, with some rice and veggies.
