Perfect Grilled Cheese Sandwich

The best grilled cheese sandwich is made in a skillet pan. Just the right size, for grilled cheese.

My husband made this for our kids and then our toddler requested it as wel. It’s very easy to make and the cheese just melt in your mouth.

You will need:

About 4 – 6 Slices of Bread

Oil for frying

Butter for spreading onto the bread slices

Lots of Grated Cheese about 300-400g

Method:

Spread the butter on both sides of the bread.

Add the grated cheese onto one slice.

Spread the butter on the 2nd slice of bread on both sides and place on top of the 1st slice of bread.

In a skillet pan, add in a little bit of olive oil.

Wait for it to heat up, then fry the cheese sandwich on both sides till golden.

Remove from the pan and place on paper towels.

Cut into blocks or only halves and enjoy!

This meal is very kid friendly and fast to make. Perfect for a morning snack or a quick lunch.
