My husband made this delicious pudding for us. Baked in the oven and so moist. Extra yummy with some warm custard.
125g Butter or Margarine
1 Extra Large Egg
10 ml Baking Powder
385g Can of peach slices
30ml Butter or Margarine
Cream butter and sugar together. Add egg
and beat until light and fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients together and add,
alternately with milk, to the butter mixture.
Spoon half of the batter in a greased
Cover with peach slices and
spoon the remaining batter over.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 40 minutes or until done.
Topping: Melt butter and honey together
and pour over the cake when taken from
oven. Serve warm with some warm custard.
Serve with cream or some custard and enjoy!
