I made this marshmallow creme and wanted to turn it into swiss meringue buttercream, but that didn’t turn out like it should have, so I just used it as the filling of our daughter’s birthday cake, mixed with some ready made buttercream I already had.
The recipe is from Sally’s Baking Addiction to make the swiss meringue buttercream and marshmallow creme. My swiss meringue buttercream was all good, then it started to curdle, I followed the recipe and tips to the T and I couldn’t safe it.
I almost gave up halfway when the condensed milk buttercream as seen on Facebook saved me. Will share the recipe and what I did to make it white on a new blog post.
