Rainbow Birthday Mud Cake with Condensmilk Buttercream & Gabby’s Dollhouse Fondant pictures for our Daughter’s 2nd Birthday

I had so much fun baking and making this birthday cake for our daughters birthday, she absolutely lovef her cake and all the rainbow colours. She loves cake and was amazed by the gabby cat pictures. She just loves gabby’s dollhouse. Here is the recipe for the mudcake:

1kg Flour
25ml Baking Powder
250ml Milk
250ml Boiling Water
40ml Honey
4 Eggs
125ml Sunflower Oil
2 Tsp Baking Soda
350ml Caster Sugar
250g Unsalted Butter at room temperature
30ml Cake and Cookies Emulsion Flavour
Pinch of Salt
6 Rainbow Food Colours.
Red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.

Preheat the oven on 180 degrees celsius.
Mix together the milk, butter, oil, eggs, honey and sugar and mix well till well incorporated. Add in 250ml.of boiling water and mix well.

Sift in the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Mix until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into 6 bowls, add food colouring to each and pour rainbow colours into cake pans 4 x 6β€³ – inch in size.

Bake for 35-45 minutes till a skewer comes out clean.

Decorate to your own preference.
