Butterscotch Mousse

This butterscotch mousse is delicious, simple and very easy to make.

In a bowl add in 250ml of milk and 250ml of fresh cream. Mix together, then add in 150ml of caramel.

Mix well, then add in 2 x 70g Butterscotch mousse instant dessert sachets. Using a spatula, fold in slowly until the mixture is smooth and well mixed.

Place into ramekins or glass jars.

Serve and enjoy!
