Poached Egg in 60 seconds

This is the easiest way to make a poached egg. In the microwave in a cup.

In a cup add in 1/4 cup of water and a pinch of salt.

Crack the egg into the cup and microwave for 60 seconds.

Place the cooked, poached egg on a paper towel so that all the excess water can run off. Place in a plate and serve with some bacon, toast or anything you prefer.
