My husband made this meal too, its simple, easy and healthy.
You will need:
1 Chicken Fillet Chopped or Sliced
1/2 Onion Chopped
1/2 Capsicum Chopped
3 – 4 Broccoli Florets
4 – 5 Cauliflower Florets
For the Sauce:
1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce
3 Garlic Gloves Crushed
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 Teaspoons Ginger Spice
1 Teaspoon Chilli Paste
Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Add a few drops of olive oil with salt and pepper and mix well. Cover the chicken pieces and set aside.
In a pan add in your olive oil. Wait for it to heat up, then add in your onion and capsicum. Fry till golden and soft.
Add in your chicken pieces and fry till golden and cooked.
Add in your broccoli and cauliflower florets and fry till just cooked, about 4 minutes. Add in your sauce and fry till well covered.
Serve and enjoy!
