Caramel Sauce

This is a really easy caramel recipe. My own recipe.

4 Tbs Butter
4 Tbs Soft Brown Sugar
125ml Evaporated Milk

On the stove top in a non stick pan add in your butter and sugar. Melt on low heat until melted completely. Whisk continuously until sugar is dissolved. Add in your evaporated milk while whisking slowly. Set aside to cooldown and use in desserts, and as toppings over ice cream.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Use in buttercreams and mousses as well.
