I was on google searching fot keto cake recipes. I wanted a recipe where it tastes just like your normal chocolate cake, if not better.
I found chocolatecoveredkatie.com to be really helpful in keto recipes even vegan recipes.
It’s mouth watering delicious and only lasted a week in our house, it’s that good and my husband didn’t even taste the difference.
3 Cups Fine Almond Flour
140ml Dutch Cocoa Powder
5 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Salt
160ml – 200ml Milk of Choice
160ml Sugar / Granulated Erythritol
1 Tbs Cookies and Cake Flavouring
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Prepare two 7 and a 1/2 inch cake pans with spray and cook.
Stir all ingredients together, very well, then spread in the pan.
Bake for 14 – 20 minutes till a cake skewer comes out clean.
Let it cool down before frosting.
Decorate to your own preference.
