Baked Avocado & Egg Keto Breakfast

This breakfast is yum and so delicious. It’s simple, easy and healthy. The egg yolk is a delicious sauce for over the avocado.

In a bowl chop up 1 Avocado and add 2 eggs on top. Add any leftover mince or meat and sprinkle with cheese.

Place in the oven for 180 degrees celsius till eggs are just cooked for about 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
