Pizza Dough Made with Warm Milk

I made this pizza dough a little different than usual. Instead of using lukewarm water, I used lukewarm milk. It made little small bubbles and was fluffy and soft. I think if I would have knead it more, more bigger bubbles would have formed.

In a mixing bowl add in:
6 cups of flour
1 Tablespoon Soft brown sugar
16g Instant Dry Yeast

Mix with a wooden spoon until combined.

While slowly mixing add in:
250ml Lukewarm Milk and a pinch of salt.

Mix well until the edges comes of the mixing bowl easily. If too dry add in more milk, if too wet add in more flour.

Knead for 10 to 15 minutes, until the dough is elastic and soft. Place in a covered bowl and set in a warm place or oven under 100 degrees celsius, for 30 – 45 minutes till double in size.

Roll out into circles and place on oven tray let it rise again for 30 minutes.

Add toppings to your own preferences and place into the oven for 30 minutes on 180 degrees celsius until cheese are melted.
