Coconut Caramel Sauce – The Crock Pot / Pressure Cooker Method – Keto Friendly, Gluten Free & Dairy Free

It’s quite interesting when you trying to find coconut caramel sauce, and only find coconut condensed milk. The easiest recipe. Not necessary to add any more sugars.

Anyone can make this. I wanted to have coconut caramel sauce, for one of my recipes or dishes I wanted to make (will follow in the next post).

In you pressure cooker add in 1 can of coconut condensed milk, fill with water till can is completely covered.

Place the lid on the top, put the pressure on close and pressure on high. Let the setting be on pressure cooker and let it pressure cook for 60 minutes.

Let the steam out and pressure out. Wait for the water to cooldown and remove the can, open up and then you will have coconut caramel sauce.

Serve in desserts, cheesecakes, frosting and made in cakes, fillings and cupcakes.
