Breakfast Pancakes / Flapjacks – Dairy Free, Sugar Free & Keto Friendly

Ever wanted to make flapjacks or pancakes that is delicious and sugar free and guilt free then I got the recipe for you.

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 Cups Gluten Free Flour
1 and 1/2 Cups Almond Milk / other dairy free milk
2 Eggs
1 and 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
40ml Sweetner / Sugar alternative
15ml Vanilla Essence

Method:
Add all the ingredients together and place dollops full onto a non stick pan. Wait for bubbles to form on top and the sides starting to get cooked.

Turn it onto the other side and do the same till it is golden on each side.

Serve with your favourite side of dairy free cream, some fruits and maple syrup.
