My wonderful husband love to come up with new dishes. Since starting eating more healthy in our household, he have embraced the change. He is actually coming up with his own dishes and that is making me so excited.
You can add your own gluten free carbs. You can even add more vegetables and use any protein. Salmon would be great with this as well.
The 5 main Vegetables is:
Cauliflower / Broccoli
Beans / Peas
Corn (Not very Keto friendly but you can exghange it for something else)
Fry all your vegetables as well as your protein in any spice or seasoning to your preferences.
Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
