Whats better than saving on those dollars than using the vegetables, stock juice and leftover meat from your roasts or any stew?
Getting your own stock cubes out of it. It’s not only a money saver, it’s also versatile as you can use any veggies with the flavour juice left.
It’s a big money saver and also minimising your carbon footprint. I have been doing this since this year.
Use any leftover stock and veggies. Add about half of it into your large nutri bullet cup and then add half boiling hot water. Blend up for a few minutes until well blended. Add into ice moulds. Let it cooldown and place into the freezer.
Remove the stock ice cubes from the ice trays and place into resealable ziplock bags. Use as needed.
