You have milk tart and then you have “melk tertjies”. It’s the alcoholic verion of milk tart we all love. I thought I would jazz it up with three flavors, where you can make it in three flavors yes THREE to your hearts content.
For the ORIGINAL milk tart liqueur just add in a 600ml of vodka
1 to 2 cans of condensed milk and add in a sprinkle or two of cinnamon sugar.
For the CARAMEL FLAVOR
REPLACE the condensed milk with
1 to 2 cans of Caramel and mix well and add a dash of cinnamon sugar if you’d like
For the CHOCOLATE FLAVOR
Melt a 70% dark chocolate block/slab and add in
a tablespoon or two of condensed milk just to add that touch of sweetness
add a dash of cinnamon sugar if you’d like
Place in the fridge and serve cold or on the rocks.
