For new year’s day we spend the day inside as it was very cold and windy. We ate leftover breakfast taco’s for breakfast that was yum.
Me and my husband also catch up with our friends that also recently immigrated to NZ. It was so great having chats with them and learning how it is going with them and what they have been up to.
Our early dinner was crispy chicken strips made by my husband with some vanilla ice cream on top of waffles and with maple sauce, chocolate sauce and saracha sauce. It was a flavour explosion and definitely worth a try.
